Refund Policy

We hope your love your purchase but if you have changed your mind, not to worry as you are entitled to return the item(s) within 7 days after the date of delivery for a refund provided all item(s) are returned in their original condition, unwashed or unworn and with the tags and packaging intact. 

Returning item(s) will be at the customer's expense.

Refunds offered will be excluding delivery charges. 

Due to hygiene reasons underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty. 

Need a different size? There is no cost to exchange your purchase. Please contact us for further information. 

If the item(s) purchased were faulty or not as per the description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

If the item(s) purchased were with a discount code, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount originally listed for), excluding delivery charges.

If the item(s) were on sale then you may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.

It can take up to 14 business days for Camilla's Lingerie to receive, process and refund your returned item(s) and for your account to be credited.

Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not.
